a 27 foot cruiser sailboat built by C&C Yachts, Niagara on the Lake, ON.

Construction is in laminated fiberglass (cored deck & superstructure). The
vessel has

an aft cockpit and a masthead sloop rig, the lead keel is standard draft . The
hull is

finished in blue gelcoat. The decks and superstructure are white (gelcoat) with
a

“non – skid” texture on horizontal surfaces. The layout of the vessel is (from
forward) a

“vee” berth cabin. Next aft is the head to port and hanging locker to starboard.
The

main saloon is behind this with settee to port and bench seating to starboard
side. The

stove and sink is to port, with icebox and counter to starboard. The “Atomic 4”
gas

engine is under the cockpit and steering is by tiller.
