Both of the Caterpillar 3126s are experiencing blow-by. From a Certified CAT
Technician, he believes the rings have attached themselves to the pistons from
lack of turning over. It is recommended to remove all injectors and put Mystery
Oil and let it sink in to loosen them up. If doesn’t work, an overhaul will be
needed.

Both engines run smoothly! No overheating, both turbos spool to max PSI. Boat
gets on plane. Generator has low hours; Engines have low hours. This was a
project boat. It’s halfway there. The owner ran out of time to continue with the
boat and has moved out of state.
